WE NO LONGER BUILD THESE RIFLES.
We specialize in custom-built, match-grade rifles and performance tuning services, striving to design and modify rifles to stand out from the crowd and perform at the highest level. We pride ourselves on innovation and quality. Our goal is not to meet your expectations but to wildly exceed them.
6.5 Grendel AR-15 Rifles
Our AR-15 puts the emphasis on precision, balance and handling. It's a rifle born to instill confidence and comfort in its owner, whether he or she is putting meat in the freezer, defending the homestead, or shooting for fun.
Like any multi-role rifle, ours is chambered in a versatile cartridge: the capable and increasingly popular 6.5mm Grendel, which was originally designed to create an effective 200-800 yard AR-15 magazine-length cartridge. Because accuracy is also a virtue, we guarantee 5-shot, MOA precision with every RPP 6.5 Grendel AR-15.
At Ranger Point Precision, every rifle is built, not just bolted together. Hand fitted craftsmanship is everywhere, even the places you don't notice. Every AR-15 we build is range tested for reliability and accuracy. If it malfunctions, or fails to place at least 5 factory rounds in one MOA with consistency, it doesn't ship. Your aim is our point.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who makes a 6.5 Grendel AR-15?
There are a lot of manufacturers that make 6.5 Grendel AR-15s these days. Many of the big names in the AR-15 world offer a 6.5 Grendel option, including Adams Arms, Alexander Arms, Nosler, and Ruger.
What is the best barrel length for 6.5 Grendel?
If you're just plinking at targets or small game hunting, then a shorter barrel might be fine. But if you're looking to stretch the rifle's range and capitalize on its long-range potential, then a longer barrel might be better. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and what you plan to use the rifle for.
What can I hunt with 6.5 Grendel?
The 6.5 Grendel is a great cartridge for deer, hogs, and other medium size game. It has enough power to take down larger animals, but isn't quite as powerful as some of the larger hunting cartridges. So it's a good option for those who want a little more power than what you get with a standard .223 Remington without going too large on the cartridge size.
