What happens to my points when I return items?

All points earned from a purchase, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your Lever Addict rewards program account. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

What happens to my LeverLoot points if part of my order is cancelled?

Ranger Point Lever Addict rewards program points are awarded for all merchandise that is purchased. If an item is cancelled from your order, you will not be charged and you will not receive LeverLoot points for that item.

How do LeverLoot points work?

In addition, Ranger Point’s Lever Addict Rewards program has three different tiers where members can access even more rewards: VIP Insider, VIP Premiere, VIP Leader.

Where can I find my LeverLoot Points? How do I redeem?

Ranger Point LeverLoot Points can be redeemed at checkout when you use the email associated with Ranger Point account at www.rangerpointstore.com. If you forget to select Ranger Point LeverLoot Points at checkout, you will have an additional opportunity when finalizing your payment method.

Can I redeem LeverLoot points multiple times within a transaction?

Members can redeem Ranger Point LeverLoot points, e.g. 200 points for $8 off a purchase, once per order on qualifying purchases. Purchases must be $10 or greater.

Can I use LeverLoot points with coupon codes when I am shopping?

No you can not use Ranger Point LeverLoot points as cash when checking out and also still apply a Ranger Point Coupon Code on your order as part of checkout.

If I return an item that I used Ranger Point LeverLoot points to buy, will I be refunded for the cash/points?

Ranger Point LeverLoot Points applied to your purchase are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item where you redeemed LeverLoot points, you will be refunded for the price paid after applying the LeverLoot points discount.

How can I redeem my Birthday Gift?

All Ranger Point Lever Addict rewards members are eligible to receive 500 points annually on their Birthday to use to buy merchandise on www.rangerpointstore.com. Ranger Point Birthday Points can be redeemed at checkout when you use the email associated with Ranger Point account at www.rangerpointstore.com. Merchandise does not include e-gift cards,taxes or shipping.

Do Points expire?

All points are good for one year. We encourage you to redeem your points often, so that you get to experience the full benefits of the Ranger Point Lever Addict rewards program including extra points / gifts, contest entries, special events and first access to new products.
