Purchasing Protocol

All payments are processed immediately upon placement of the order.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay and ApplePay. All payment methods are sent to us via secure connection and then promptly deleted. We DO NOT store your credit card details so as to protect the security of your information. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax in Texas will be charged on all orders based upon the tax rate of the shipping address provided on the order.

If you're a tax-exempt business, please create an online account at rangerpointstore.com and then submit your Tax Exemption Certificate to support@rangerpointprecision.com. Please allow up to 2 business days for your certificate to be evaluated and processed. Once processed, future orders will reflect your tax-exempt status.

Amending Orders

No amendments to orders can take place once an order is placed.

If the order has not shipped, the customer may contact Customer Service at support@rangerpointprecision.com Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm CST to cancel the order. The customer will then need to complete a new order.

Cancellations and Returns

Orders placed on rangerpointstore.com may be cancelled by the customer prior to the item(s) being packaged and ready for shipment.

All cancellation requests must be made through Customer Service at support@rangerpointprecision.com Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm CST. You MUST provide the order # when contacting Customer Service via email.

If the item/package has shipped or has been packed and awaiting shipment, the order may not be cancelled and the customer must follow all rules applicable for returning an item(s).

Please note that the return of the item/package will be made at the customer's expense.

Cancelled orders may not be reversed. All cancellations are final.

Refund & Return Policy

Before you place an order, it is extremely important that you make sure that you have chosen the correct item(s). If you have any questions, you must contact Customer Service Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm CST at support@rangerpointprecision.com and ask the questions.

Items Eligible For Return:

Ranger Point Precision has FITS and NOT FITS bullets on every product page to help you order the correct part for your lever gun.  We cannot guarantee fitment of our parts on every lever gun built 1950-2024 as many were hand fitted before leaving the factory. We accept returns from our customers for any part except those with the checkbox stating no returns (e.g. certain stock sets). All parts must be in NEW CONDITION and arrive back to us within 30 DAYS of the order date. 

All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by RPP. Customers will be charged a re-stocking fee of 10%

Warranty Items:

RPP's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers our products throughout the lifetime of the original purchaser, except in the case of intentional abuse, neglect, alterations, and modifications, unless specified in our instructions or authorized by RPP. We will replace your part with either a new part or if that's not an option a store credit. 

All return requests must have an RMA that’s been submitted and approved via our online Returns and Warranty page. We offer a very quick RMA process: select a reason for your return, upload a photo, provide any comments, and generate a return UPS GROUND shipping label and optionally also a QR Code for UPS Store drop off. 

Items Ineligible for Returns:

Ranger Point Precision will only accept products not marked for "no returns" in an unaltered condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.  All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by RPP. Customers will be charged a re-stocking fee of 10%. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged if the items are not returned in resalable condition, as determined at the discretion of RPP. 

Refunds

Order refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of RPP receiving your returned parts. Parts will be PARTIALLY REFUNDED for the original price of the part minus: coupon discounts, original shipping fees, UPS Return Label ($8), QR Code ($1), 10% OR 25% restocking fee. 

We process and approve returns everyday Monday-Friday except holidays.

Shipping Requirements/Regulations

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once we print the label to pack your order. If you don’t get the email, please check your spam folder and if it’s not there, contact Customer Service at support@rangerpointprecision.com

Once you receive the tracking number, RPP cannot cancel your order, reroute or change the shipping address.

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped during normal business hours Monday-Friday, and are shipped in the order in which they are processed. Orders usually ship out within two business days of us receiving it. 

We're pleased to offer $8 UPS Ground shipping on most USA orders. We use USPS for PO Boxes, HI, AK and PR. If you need your order faster, you can choose UPS Next Day shipping which delivers Monday-Friday - not on holidays and no Saturday or Sunday. 

For International Shipping, we ship US Postal Service Express which will be quoted at checkout. Delivery times vary from 2-4 weeks depending on how our country processes imports. Please note, you’ll need to pay your VAT or Import fees before delivery. 

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

UPS Next Day Air: Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday. Please note that 3pm CT is the cutoff for any orders to ship out the same day.

In-Store Pickup

You may pick up orders that were placed online at our store Monday through Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm CST at 17677 Telge Rd Cypress, TX 77429.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers / servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

The Ranger Point Precision mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by us. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Service provides: updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.), promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from Ranger Point Precision via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Text the single keyword command STOP to cancel at any time. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. If you have subscribed to other Ranger Point Precision mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. For Service support or assistance, text HELP or email support@rangerpointprecision.com.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages. 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of the Service or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
